Designed in line with our company's sustainability goals, the Smart Building with Green Energy Project aims to maximize energy efficiency and reduce the use of natural resources. Within the scope of the project, the building is designed to benefit from renewable energy sources and provides most of the energy it needs from the sun with solar panels located on the roof of the building. This process is supported by wind turbines and energy storage systems, while energy consumption is continuously monitored and optimized.

The building's insulation systems have been developed to provide maximum efficiency. Double-layered glass, high-performance insulation materials and heat recovery systems maintain the temperature balance inside the building and prevent energy waste. Smart automation systems automatically control the lighting and air conditioning systems inside the building, reducing energy consumption and at the same time providing a comfortable environment for employees and visitors. This project, which stands out with its sensitivity to the environment, sets an example for the sustainable living spaces of the future.
